In the thick of it

We are officially in the middle of what is known as the 'paper chase'.  LOTS of paperwork and documents to obtain, notarize, organize, fax, etc.  We also have to complete eight hours of online training.  Our first meeting for our home study is scheduled for January 4 at 10am.   We were having a problem with getting a notary at our doctor's office for our physicals (the doctor must sign the paperwork in the presence of the notary), but have that problem solved. We found a traveling notary that would charge $25 to meet us at our doctor's office.  WOO-HOO! Problem solved!
